Garments:

In some instances garment brand and size may have to be substituted with a suitable alternative to allow for periodical shortages in the supply chain.

Embroidery:

This is a durable and atractive form of decoration but it is a complex process with many difficulties to over come.

Where embroidered text is required, we can't garantee to use specific fonts. There is a minimum letter hight of 6mm

Design set-up is an expensive process but where possible we do not charge for this service. However, it's not always possible to offer a free set-up on small orders where a complex embroidery is required.

Left breast logos are produced using a round frame that is roughly the size of a CD. All elements of the design must fit comfortably within this frame and therefore it is sometimes necessary to reduce the size of a design to make it fit within the frame.

Transfer Prints:

These are very delicate and great care is required when washing and ironing. Please see our Care page.

This process is the only option when a multi colour image is required on a small number of shirts ( less than 50).

Transfer prints on to dark garments are more delicate than those used for white garments and require even greater care.

Although we have successfully wash tested these transfers, there are many variables to consider once a garment has been dispatched and because of this, we cannot guarantee that the print will not wash out and therefore do not offer replacements.

Screen print:

This is far more durable than a transfer but the set-up can be expensive if more than one colour is required. The first colour set-up is free on orders of more than 12 shirts but additional colours are chargeable per colour.

Text Print:

Names printed on the shoulders are nominally 3cm-4cm high.

Numbers are normally about 20cm high.

Logo placement:

Because we are working with made up garments with varying sizes, we can not guarantee to position logos in exactly the same spot on every garment.

Payment:

Payment is always required in full with the order and can be paid be cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Solo. All card details should be phoned through to us and not emailed.
