Screen printing
Ideal for larger production runs but is not used on smaller runs because of the set-up cost. A mesh stencil is prepared and wet imk is forced through the mesh onto the garment. Each colour of the design requires its own screen. The garment is then passed through a dryer which cures the ink.

We
use a number of print processes.
We Can Print
on
to T-shirts, Polo shirts and Sweatshirts.
Embroidery
is the most classy of all garment decoration processes. It
looks good and is very durable and will outlast the life of
the garment.
Individuals
names or monogrammes can be embroidered onto T-shirts, sweatshirts,
polo shirts, fleece, hoodies and much more.
Custom logos can be created for your embroidery and if your order is for 12 items or more, there is no charge for this service.

Vinyl
or CAD Print
Used for printed names and numbers
and is ideal for personalisation and small runs.
Text is entered in to the computer
that is attached to a plotter/cutter which cuts the letters/numbers
on to a vinyl sheet.
Surplus vinyl is removed and the text
is applied to the garment using a heat press.
If the instructions on our garment
care page are followed, the print should last the life of the garment
